AI workshop generator for live, facilitated training sessions

Intle turns a plain-language brief into a reviewable facilitated-session draft that can combine polls or word clouds, paired discussion, scored checkpoints and facilitator notes. Run a hosted session that learners join through a link, or export a SCORM 2004 or 1.2 copy for LMS testing. The exported facilitation cards do not reproduce live group aggregation, so choose the route for the activity you need.

What to try and review

Invite learner responses and use them to guide a facilitated workshop.

A hosted poll can aggregate participant responses; a SCORM facilitation card is a portable alternative with a different workflow.

The public example is a single-learner preview, not evidence of a real live cohort. Session mode and capacity are allowance limits.

Start with a brief of up to 5,000 characters or supported source material. The upload controls show file type, size and extraction limits before generation. All accounts use the same creator toolkit; generation, editing, hosting and history allowances differ. Compare allowances.

A real generated interactive session

Try the saved example and inspect its sections. Generated output needs author review; quality checks do not establish factual accuracy.

Essay Draft Under Scrutiny

Scenario
4 min
You submit a first-year essay after asking an AI tool to draft two body paragraphs. A friend also sends you the structure they used for the same assignment, and you keep several useful phrases from sources without citing them. An integrity investigation would not focus on only one issue here: it would consider authorship, whether the work is truly independent, and whether every borrowed idea or wording is clearly credited.

Participant checklist

0 / 2 steps completed

  1. Read the case and identify which action worries you most.
    Reflect
  2. Compare your choice with someone near you and explain why.
    DiscussFacilitator confirms
  • Academic integrity concerns often involve more than one behaviour at once.
  • Investigations usually examine authorship, collaboration, and attribution together.

Scenario actions and likely risk areas

Use this case to discuss which choices may trigger an academic integrity concern.

What this format can include

Live participation blocks

The saved example opens with a four-option poll, then gathers a word cloud after the rules reading. Its word-cloud section sets a three-word cap and profanity filter. Live hosted responses can be shown to the facilitator; a SCORM copy uses a different, individual workflow rather than a shared room result.

Timed think-pair-share rounds

Structured think, pair and share phases with per-phase timings and instructions. In the saved example, participants get 90 seconds to judge an AI-use case alone, 150 seconds to compare judgements with a partner, and 90 seconds to share one agreed boundary with the room.

Scored checkpoints in varied response modes

The saved example uses multi-select, short-text and true/false checks with explanations. The planner checks variety when the question count warrants it; inspect the actual result for repetitive items and verify any policy or regulatory reference.

Decision scenarios with graded consequences

The saved example pairs a decision with a four-step flowchart and graded consequence. Other workshops may use different activities; review any regulation reference and consequence against the source policy.

Facilitator notes in the saved example

The saved example includes facilitator notes on all 11 sections, including when to poll and what to probe. The SCORM packager strips these notes from learner-facing output; review both author and learner views before release.

A scored close with a pass mark

The saved example combines three questions and a decision in a final assessment with a 70% pass mark and answer review. SCORM exports write supported scored items as interactions; test how the receiving LMS records and displays them.

Learners don't just read. They act.

Every experience is composed from interactive moments, chosen to fit what you’re teaching:

Deliver it your way

Host it live

Build a session and share a link or QR code. Learners can join in a browser, phones included, with nothing to install. Review the participation and responses recorded for that hosted session; learner-level detail depends on the joining and privacy settings.

Download it for your platform

Download a package for your LMS and test that exact file in its player. The recording shows one Blackboard walkthrough. Completion and score reporting depend on the receiving platform and its configuration.

How it works

  1. 1

    Describe the workshop

Write a brief of up to 5,000 characters with the topic, audience and planned duration, and optionally attach supported sources. Intle can suggest the interactive-session format, or you can choose it explicitly. Fifteen to forty-five minutes is a planning range, not measured running time.

  2. 2

    Review the structure before generation

In the guided planning flow, inspect the proposed running order and adjust polls, discussion, reading and checks before full generation. Preview the saved session to confirm timing and facilitation fit.

  3. 3

    Generation with quality gates

The planner checks a 50% interactive-section floor, passive streaks, visual coverage and question variety. Generated content is checked again; blocking issues may trigger a new candidate or stop the run, and some findings remain advisory.

  4. 4

Deliver as a hosted session or SCORM

Hosted sessions suit shared group responses: participants join by link, and the facilitator can inspect incoming responses. SCORM 2004 4th Edition or 1.2 exports offer a portable individual alternative with different live-activity behaviour. Check dated package evidence and your own LMS before rollout.

What teams build with it

  • University lecturers running first-year seminars: the saved example is a 30-minute academic integrity and responsible AI session with a poll, word cloud, paired case discussion and four scored sections (three questions and a decision) at a 70% pass mark.
  • L&D facilitators turning a policy change into a facilitated 30-minute session for line managers, with decision points and graded consequences instead of a read-and-acknowledge slide deck.
  • Freelance trainers and consultants building client workshops from the client's own material can upload their slides or policy PDFs so the generated session is grounded in them.
  • Onboarding and induction teams running mixed in-room and remote sessions, where remote joiners answer the same polls and prompts from their own devices on the same footing as the room.

Frequently asked questions

Can a live workshop really be exported as a SCORM package?

Yes. A workshop can be exported as SCORM 2004 4th Edition or SCORM 1.2. Supported scored items write interaction fields and facilitator notes are stripped. Poll and word-cloud aggregation need the hosted group session; a SCORM facilitation card is a portable alternative, not the same live room. Test the LMS result.

Which LMS platforms are supported?

Packages target SCORM 2004 4th Edition and SCORM 1.2. Our public matrix records a historical SCORM Cloud result and identifies which other platform checks remain pending or limited to a scoped pilot. Test the exact package in your LMS before rollout.

Can I edit the session before running it?

Yes. In the guided flow, review the proposed running order before full generation. Afterwards, edit supported prompts, answers, notes, timings and section order, then preview the saved session. Download a fresh SCORM zip after edits; an existing LMS upload stays unchanged.

How does scoring work in an interactive session?

Polls, word clouds and think-pair-share rounds are participation activities, not graded checks. The saved example has three scored questions and one scored decision with a 70% pass mark. Hosted responses stay in Intle; SCORM exports write supported scored interactions for the LMS to interpret.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan generates complete, unwatermarked interactive sessions with the same structure and quality gates. Hosted sessions on Free stay live for 7 days, with paid plans extending that substantially. Every plan, including Free, supports at least 20 participants per session.
