Model cancellation form

Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, Schedule 3, Part B

This is the model form the law provides for cancelling a contract within the 14-day cancellation period. Your full right to cancel — including when the 14 days start, and what we refund — is set out in Section 4 of our Terms of Service.

You do not have to use this form

Using this form is optional. You can cancel by making any clear statement that you have decided to cancel — this form is simply one way of doing it, and no particular wording is required.

The three routes that all work equally well:

In the app — the fastest route. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Manage subscription and cancel there. This is immediate and needs no paperwork.
By email. Send a clear statement that you are cancelling to admin@intle.co.uk. You do not need to give a reason.
By using this form. Complete it and send it to us by email or post, using the details below.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough that you send your cancellation before the 14-day period expires.
